2. Acknowledgement
We acknowledge within 2 business days and assign a Complaints Officer.
3. Investigation
We investigate fairly and impartially. We may request additional information.
4. Resolution
We aim to provide a final response within 30 calendar days.
5. Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant regulator once VA Capital is authorised.
