1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the VA Capital website and any investor account opened with us. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Accounts are subject to KYC and AML checks, jurisdictional eligibility, and our acceptance.

3. Investments

All investments are subject to your signed plan agreement, which sets the rate, term, notice period and other contractual terms.

4. Fees

Fees are disclosed on the Plans page and in your plan agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The VA Capital name, marks, and content on this site are owned by VA Capital Investments Ltd.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your plan agreement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and applicable UAE federal laws.

Capital is at risk. Fixed returns are contractual, not guarantees of profit. The value of digital assets can fall as well as rise. VARA licence in progress.
